Rose Hill Plantation House, which is the original plantation home, is located on twelve landscaped acres in the upscale, gated equestrian community, “Rose Hill Plantation.”

Centrally located, the home is six miles west of the bridge to Hilton Head Island, thirty miles from historic Savannah, Georgia, and eighty miles from historic Charleston, South Carolina.

Getting to the Rose Hill Plantation community

From I-95, take the “Hilton Head, Hwy 278” exit. Rose Hill Plantation is approximately 10 miles from I-(95). Exit left off 278, at Gate House for Equestrian Side (golf side is on right of highway).

Inside the community

Once checked in through the guardhouse, continue straight past the Equestrian Center and polo grounds, and take the first left onto Plantation House Dr. From there follow the road until you reach Sturgeon Point, and then turn right. Continue until you come to the wooden gate on the right, and turn right into the property. Parking is located down the gravel drive in front of the house.
